Launcher-friendly update notes for the Core3 Pre-CU server.

Player bounty protection updated: Jedi remain automatically bounty eligible, while non-Jedi must voluntarily declare Special Forces and reach combat level 50 before appearing on bounty terminals.
Low-level players, peaceful crafters and entertainers are protected from involuntary bounty contracts.
Added 24-hour post-kill protection and a 24-hour hunter/target cooldown to reduce repeat targeting and bounty farming.
The public bounty board now displays current eligible online contracts instead of stale historical targets.
Jump to Lightspeed has been added to the new Test Center. Select Test Center - Jump to Lightspeed from the normal Core3 cluster list to create a fresh test character and help test space gameplay.
New Test Center characters receive a Sorosuub Space Yacht deed to help begin JTL testing.

Death Watch added as a full player faction (enemies with Imperial and Rebel). Players can now earn and lose Death Watch standing.
Nightsister VibroBlade units added to Dathomir. Three new NPC tiers patrol the southwestern region: Initiate (level 65), Warrior (level 88) and Elder (level 105). All wield vibroblade weapons and drop Nightsister loot.
WESTAR-34 pistol is now equippable at Master Bounty Hunter. The weapon now requires the Bounty Hunter certification rather than the standard Republic Blaster cert.
Bounty Hunter Armor and Mandalorian Armor are now fully craftable by Armorsmiths. Each set has its own dedicated armor segment: the Bounty Hunter Armor Segment and the Mandalorian Armor Segment, crafted using standard armorsmith resources.

Fixed Bounty Hunter and Mandalorian Armor not being craftable. The new dedicated armor segments couldn't be learned by existing Armorsmiths, so both armor sets now use their original, already-available segments (Advanced Composite and R.I.S. respectively) — should craft normally again for everyone.
Fixed resource deeds dropping far too often in high-level instances like Exar Kun.
Fixed hair not appearing at character creation or the imagedesign terminal for Human, Chiss, Nightsister, and SMC species.
Meditating at a Force Shrine now instantly grants Jedi Padawan instead of starting the old trials quest chain.
Added the Sorosuub Luxury Yacht as an instant veteran reward for all accounts — claim with /claimVeteranReward.
